What is freediving?

One breath, one focus.

Freediving is the practice of holding your breath while diving underwater — without scuba gear. It is a sport of stillness, relaxation and meticulous training. FreediveTraining helps you build the two pillars that matter most: tolerance to CO₂ and economy of O₂, and combine them with structured pool and depth work.

Plans

Day by day

Save tables and pool/depth workouts to your library and add them to training plans.

How it works

1

Pick or build a session

Choose a premade CO₂ / O₂ table or design your own round-by-round schedule.

2

Follow the session timer

Audio cues before holds start and end, a live countdown, and a full view of every round ahead.

3

Plan your week

Add pool, depth, and dry workouts to each day — laps, lines, hangs, and rest.

Ready for your first session?

It takes 30 seconds to set up — and you can train offline once a table is loaded.
